Anyone remember Foz? He did a nice NA tune and it sounded bloody lovely. Extreme weight loss though

I'm still not convinced on ITBs or Crower Stage 2 cams on the S.

I will be trying some cams before the end of this race season but still deciding, and i think you need some supporting mechanical tweaks on the inlet and outlet to get the best.

ITBs are a total PITA. There's a guy who runs them on an FN2 in my series, and the car rarely starts properly. Plus on the S I don't think they give you that much tbh.

One of my neighbours has a MkII RS2000 with a 2L 250HP Duratec on ITBs and it runs and starts faultlessly even when cold (OMEX ECU IIRC) so it can be done.

However, to the OP, ITBs on a DBW S2000 is not straightforward.....

It may be easier to ditch the DBW if you decide to take the ITB route.

We have already figure it out a way to do it and been done successfully over in America and Asia too, we have a great plan for the NA build with some of our custom engine parts too! So watch this place.

Welcome to the darkside Glen
boost per gear TC even settings on the boost controler can tame the car on back roads .

Im not a good driver but on our forest runs i keep up easly due to the straight bits and getting the power on coming out of corners ,so for me its alot safer.

And with the 295s and 8psi more boost up to 18, then grip wise i shouldent be far off what i am now.

All adding to a super car killer .

Well i ve driven to north wales today and i must say the car feels like a slug.At first i thought there was something wrong with the car .Had a lovely day with the top down and only getting caught by one rain shower .The car feels smoother without the Supercharger but i really do miss the boost. The next project Will start next we when i get back of my break .The car we are modifying is a 2006 black S2k which i bought from TCD here in west wales only 2 miles away from Me ,so the engine is out and hopffully next week i Can get the subframe, sus arms off and sent to powder coating anyway back to my pint in the red lion ta ta for now!!!

If your taking the subframes off why not have them seam welded?

I'm still puzzled at the major u turn, hope it wasn't just because of the mapping?

What's the plan now?
