Ok the strut brace was a no go as the aftercooler sits to high to the bonnet .

Had a few bits from the U.S. OF A - 18 psi science of speed pulley . Its 3 inch in size and should produce an extra 25 to 45 bhp more if i decide to use it . [attachment=21305:s2000 pictures 019.jpg] [attachment=21304:s2000 pictures 020.jpg] Also as the Ultra front upper strut brace doesn t work / fit, i am going to cut it up and modify it so that it will pass over the massive science of speed race aftercooler .[attachment=21301:s2000 pictures 013.jpg] Chopped it up today - [attachment=21302:s2000 pictures 021.jpg] [attachment=21303:s2000 pictures 022.jpg]Next thing to do after this is to sort out the temperture in the engine bay as it seems to be very high although from reading on this forum that normal. Also i have noticed in the last week or so that when i m comming to a junction the revs seem to drop below 1000 rpm as if its going to stall but the does nt stall and on idle the revs seem to go below 1000 rpm then up again . i ve put it down to the hotter weather but i am not sure . The revs sometimes does this on mine. Mainly the drop below 1k rpm(about 600rpm) when coming to a junction then returns to normal.

UF, its more likely in the idle control/coolant settings etc etc as they are using a different ECU

mine used to do this before it was remapped, well it still does it but its hardly noticeable now(im guessing its part an parcel of running an aem ecu)
to be honest i wish i had of gone for a different ecu now,as theres better out there for the money

it started after the recent re mapp which i got done due to the exhaust change and flat spot at 4k rpm . Is there any way to change the settings in the aem myself as i ve mastered connecting it to the laptop . also when i connected it yesterday it was showing 4 timming errors is this something to worry about. And last thing is , i would like to thank rayangeorge252 for the bootlid that i paid for via banktransfer for that never turned up. it good to know that no one these days can be trusted . fair play its only 3 weeks ago now he s had the money thanks a bunch.

Well the supercharger has been removed and i m now putting the car back to standard myself but i need some help .Not all the origional part came back with the car so i m struggling to see where all the pipes go.The main things are done ,but i could do with a diagram of the engine bay showing the pipe layout for connecting the standard air filter, and the pipe comming from the rocker cover. Some pipes have been modified so could do with as much info as possible. The other job is taking the cams out to take the woodfuff keys out so any help on that would be a great help thanks
