your guys have a real talent for the audio set of the work done to the car , it sounds great and the sound deadening really make a huge difference to the sound quality from stock installation , ipod controls are exellent through the alpine headunit really easy to use , and the bass box is just right for the car , overall i am very very pleased with what Dixon and his guys have done , also on feedback on the hardrace mounts which included diff mounts, engine and gearbox mounts , i m feeling little to no vibration through the steering wheel as i ve noticed some of you on the forums say that they are quite hard and feeling fair amount of vibration , also on the bushes etc (see spec at page 1) these are very good aswell making the ride very nice and responsive , coilovers are exellent offering loads of options as they have 32 clicks from soft to hard , overall this is a better that expected result very very happy thanks Dixon

Cheers ,when people say that a turbo takes away the feeling of the s2000 ,i would disagree ,i still want to rev the car to redline ,you just take off from 4500 .
If honda made the car now i would put money on it, that it would feel like this

Lee it depends how the tuner did the dyno/setup.
For example
I remember with mine once I connected (without going into jargon) an RPM pickup reader and another time wheel sensor it were off by a couple of 100RPM's.
There are different way to calculate the RPM, like injector trigger, coil pickup, wheel speed blah blah so it could actually rev to 9000rpm but that prinout doesnt show it quite correctly. Also from the quick look in your map it didnt seem like it was limiter to 8500, although do you hit a harsh brick wall at 8500RPM? - again depends how the tuner did a soft limiter etc. You need to be careful where fuel and ignition is set so don't fck with it LOL.
p.s the tacho is not accurate by around 100-150RPM and an AP1 actually rev's to just over 8850RPM not 9000RPM. And your Map isnt the best ;D
Bollox PM me, cluttering dixons thread again you dummy!

I was wondering if anyone on here could advise me as now I ve had the car back and it is performing excellent , the problem I have is the Pro76 exhaust is too loud for the weekend spins so yesterday I fitted my HKS super silent system from the Decatur and would like to know if the car would need a re map , but also when I track it I would the PRO 76 system back on , anyone got any thoughts

Typically more back pressure increases exhaust gas temperature and can be seen to raise the Afr. I can't quantify the effects of switching from a 76mm to a 63mm but shouldn't think it would be extreme enou to cause engine damage.
I switched from a j' titanium 70rs single to a standard exhaust for a trackday and it didn't blow up

You will run richer with the smaller system as Raz says, which is better that lean, but i'd get it dyno checked just to be sure. Ideally you map your car for your mods, and that's it.
