No problems with Tesco when I came to claim for the damage done to mine when I pranged it. Their assessor had been out to examine it and had approved the work within 48 hours.
I think Craig's experience when he had to claim following his roll wasn't quite as smooth - but that was particularly with the dept that deals with sourcing replacement cars. I don't think there was any particular issue as regards delay in agreeing to write off and replace. I'm sure Mr A will be along to comment shortly!
