From the service manual:
Remove the oil filler plug and washer
Remove the drain plug and washer
Clean the drain plug and install with a new washer (45Nm torque)
Refill the oil (0.77 litres approx) to filler hole (with car level)
Reinstall filler plug with new washer (45 Nm torque)

Squeezy bottle with tube is really usful for getting new oil in, all halfords gearbox oils seem to come with them - I just kept a bottle to use to get the decent stuf in.

All information I have provided "IS" correct . I spent a good hour with the parts guys at Honda, and checked and double checked with the grading from their computers.
This Is why I get Honda fluids, as these are what the car was tested with and come reccomended with the car. Any fluid which is not not correct can have serious concequences over time.
I deliberateley over did quantities for case of spillages.

Good luck getting a torque wrench that'll do the filler plug
And more to the point, 45nm is a low rating for these.
