Have you noticed any differences?
Mine goes in for her first service Friday and I'm having all fluids changed.
Honda MTF in the box and Silkolene 90 in the diff.

I didn't think the shifting could be improved but it certainly has - especially when the car is cold. The diff works better too I think. When I used to push the car into corners, I would get a slight slide and then I'd feel the wheels lock up and the car would tighten the turn. Now with the new oil, I don't get the initial slide but a solid lock up from the rear wheels instead - I love it this way.
S2000silveVTEC - I would have a read ogf Xvipers thread on Redline shockproof oil - some very interesting findings.

All I need now is a decent torque wrench - I think my neighbour gets a bit peeved when I keep borrowing his - `tis a good thing that he's a mechanic!
Anyone know what those are for?

I got a torque wrench from Helfords, seems to be good quality, 40-200nm I think. Comes in a pastic case that fits nicely into those 2 straps in the boot just under the latch and above the tool tray.

The straps are for holding a flat tyre - if you remove the tool tray, you can fit a tyre standing up and the straps are there to secure it.
