Did the stig track in my S2000
I don't think I posted this before - but if anyone fancies a look, I've got a video of my stig lap that I did in my S2000 before I sold it...
Youtube link
Ignore the bit where I miss 3rd gear, and general crapness of my lap - it was just fun, and my first time on track.
Facebook group
It was done with Plans and was a pretty good morning really - worth the trip down from Leeds anyway.

Judging by the video, I think it's fair to say: No, he didn't.

Nope, you've lost me - what do you mean?

I love it that you didn't get what Dembo was on about because I didn't either at first mark leeds. It has just come to me that he was taking your thread title as if it had a question mark at the end:
Did the stig track in my S2000?
Liked your video.
(Sorry, J8mie beat me to it.)

That's what I thought the thread title was for a start, it should obviously really say "I did the top gear track in my s2000"
Keep meaning to do this, will book my car into plans for some work and do it then.

Insertion of a bogus question mark required for that inferral.
Insertion of a bogus 's after 'Stig' implies a homosexual act in the S2000, which is probably difficult and equally untrue.

Had I not just pranged mine I was going to try and do this before Rockingham thanks to a present from Father Christmas.
I found your vid a while back
I reckon your lap is about 1:46 with two up, which I think is pretty acceptable.
The Stig lap (very wet) was a 1:37.4 !
Clarkson always says that a wet track is worth 3-4 seconds a lap so a "fast" Stig time would be around 1:33/34. So, I reckon a reasonable "target" dry lap for a normal driver would be a 1:40
Interesting to look at:

The last shot of the leaderboard there looks like this and a 1:40 "feels" about right.
Of course, Chilled would be looking to match the Stig time
