@S2KUS Are these questions just curiosity? No harm in that but since you state you reside in the US and have a US car headlight washers are not required (or needed).

Opps, my mistake -- but your profile states your "country of residence." is USA.

Don't worry, no mistake Can you help me to understand what parts I need exactly for headlight washers system? Thank you again.

PS: How can I edit my messages? I cannot see any dedicated function.

If you were in the UK I would say just get all the used parts from a breaker, dunno whether your US car loom would need an additional bit or two though

If EU cars have the same washers just get at a salvage one, you might need to wire it yourself if no plug in your harness for the washer switch

You should see Edit, Quote etc buttons to the bottom/right of each of your posts, although those may not be enabled if you've not been a member for 2 weeks.

Thank you. Do you think that EU wires cannot fit plug and play? I have the same doubt with headlights by themselves, because the US ones have not white position lights those are mandatory in the EU, so EU wires are needed added to EU headlights, but I don't know if they might fit plug and play too. Do you know?

Depending on year pull your centre console up and see if there is a plug for the washer button

If it's later it's in the dash so maybe you can crab underneath?

You could I suppose wire so that it works with the screen wash?

Most people disable them.. as a search here will see.. one of my cars (both old originals) has them, the other not..

@Nottm_S2

Thank you very much.

My ride is a 1999 US version.

What should I disassemble exactly? There is any guide? I need to put position lights too (command is present, but headlights have not them according to US specifications those differ to EU ones).

Thank you again.
