Default deleted headlight washers

So as I mentioned in The Loon's thread about deleting the headlight washers. After somebody reversed into my car, rather than replacing the damaged washer I decided to delete both of them for a cleaner look. I also took the opportunity to fit a replica lip I've had lying about since last summer What do you all think?

Very nice! Really freshens up the front end.

Definitely something on my list, but would need to do this at the same time

Looking good

I did this a few years back and I haven't regretted it.

Looks good, did you get the whole bumper resprayed?

Just a shame we have to run front number plates, ruins the front end

front number plates are overrated all s2k's should do this, they look soooo much cleaner without the stupid washers

Agreed, going to get mine smoothed and number plate brick removed I think. Then maybe get a smaller US style plate and see if I can blag it.

When you look at a clean front end compared to a standard UK front its quite apparent how bad the plate ruins things!

I don't mind the plate, just the brick. So I've had the washers and the outer number plate holes filled in and shaved about 2.5cm off each end of the number plate and it looks really good, I've not taken a pic yet but will when I get a chance and post it up.

I'm not a massive fan of the smoothing absolutely everything; removal of badges, number plates, washers, holes, etc - I think it ends up looking a bit naked tbh

Having said that I really don't miss the ugly afterthought headlight washers !

Uk cars with xenon lights require headlight washers, it's an MOT requirement/law

If its an import then you can get away with it
