I'm using blurters NavMan 650i (I think) at the mo. It's really good. A bit slow whilst calculating a route. My current route programmed in is 1835 miles, but there's at least another 700 miles to add to that. I'll let you all know how I get on in 2 weeks time.

I've been using Tom Tom since Version 2 on my Ipaqs. I've also used Navman and the Halfords Median unit. There is no contest, Tom Tom is the only true Sat Nav with so much functionality the Points of Interest Overlays allow you to add so much into it so easily. For example, how many other Sat Navs can you say I'm hungry - take me to the nearest McDonalds Please ?? It's simply superb.

Just as a FYI:
If you buy the Median from Halfords and soon afterwards realise the software is toilet, as it's only a pocket PC and Tom Tom has the driver support for the REALTEK embedded GPS, you can load Tom Tom onto the Median and it runs perfectly.

I use Tomtom 5 plus on HP iPAQ and I have the Arkon powered GPS PDA mount. The mount powers the PDA and has a built in speaker.
Tomtom 5 has some great features, landscape mode makes the screen better, option to increase volume as you increase speed and it will give advance warning on POI built in, great for all the camera locations.
