Does everyone else find that some dealers are prepared to do some work under the "Hondacare" warranty that others aren't ?

I bought my 00 last year and after 6 months took it in for the clutch plate and the roof clips rattling. The first dealer refused to do the work as it wasn't covered.

"If it hasn't mechanically failed, then we won't fix it" I was told........however I took it to another dealer 3 days later who changed the clutch plate, upgraded the roof clips to the new ones all without any problems or arguments.
