I've had all my servicing done on my 02 here, and got to know the service manager Derek Kriedeman quite well, and bought my 04 from their corporate sales team via their internet sales arm.
Happy to recommend them for servicing work and (at least Brad in the Corporate Sales Team) when it comes to sales.
Derek bent over backwards to try to help me resolve the problems I had with my 02, ultimately to no avail as the S2000 "specialist" simply maintained that that was the way it was supposed to handle. Derek arranged a four wheel laser alignment for me to try to diagnose the problem and then didn't charge me for it after it turned out not to be the problem; he personally collects my car from home and drops it off again on the way home; and he generally, the goes the extra mile in customer service which makes the good dealers stand out from the ordinary. Probably helps that he's an enthusiast too.

I've had all my servicing done here: 9k to 54k services. I always Deal with Gary Hedge on the Service desk - he works with George, the S2000 specialist, who's knowledge is excellent and his service is great.
The little scottish guy who comes to pick up the car sometimes is a great guy too - he doesnt like the S, and reckons I should get an accord or an NSX
Cant comment on sales there, never used them.
Mike can you check - I am sure i've don a Slough Honda survey on sales when i bought my car there, would have been way back

Gary, I know what you are saying. The way I look at it, I can by a new car from anyone, at the best price. Surely if I was important to them as a customer, they would have droped the
