Dealer Satisfaction Survey - PLEASE USE IT

That's a shame! Would've been handy to have a local dealer clued up on the car. I used to use TGM but they are just too far away now. I have been using Brockenhurst Honda for the last couple years as they have looked after lots of S2000's and have never let me down. May have to stick with them albeit not my local any more.

TGM couldn't diagnose a failed head gasket on my car, despite having it for a week. So every garage makes mistakes from time to time.
These cars aren't difficult to work on, especially if you have access to the service manuals etc, which, of course all dealers do, and most will price match other local garages for servicing.
You pays your money.

I bought a Honda Accord Executive from them with a full service history and a new service stamp. Went on holiday and discovered that the rear pads were worn down to the metal. They were totally uninterested when I tackled the service manager. Load of tossers. Stay well clear and find a good independant.

A friend of mine has a S2000 and uses Steels of Westgate in Hereford. He was saying this week how pleased he was with the service. I have bought several cars from them and had them serviced there and have no complaints.
