Update from yesterday:
Dealer Name. Two Mills
Workmanship: 8
Knowledge of the car (mechanics/technicians) 8
Knowledge of the car (service desk) 3
Customer Service: 7 - very pleasant, they just don't know what they are talking about
Sales: 1 based upon the fact they did nothing when I asked them to find me an S and told them I had £20k to spend
One final comment - I pointed out to the chap on the service desk yesterday morning that I could do with some new locking wheel nuts as mine are crap and if they had any in stock, please fit some. Basically, if the wheels had to be taken off for any reason (S was also in for an MOT), please bear this in mind. When I picked the S up I was told, no issues, just one advisory - my locking wheel nuts could do with replacing!!
Need I say more

Comments about good or bad service.
Excellent service and an overall comforting experience. It was my first service having just bought the car and I can't see that I'll be going anywhere else to get work done on the car. The 40+ mile trip was a PITA but it was worth it - £465 for the major service, A/C fill, new plugs and about 6/7 hours labour was a fair price given the amount of work that was needed on the car.
No complaints here.

Do we still have one of these? Is so where is it?
Had a 36k mile service and MOT today at Howards Honda Weston S Mare and supplied my own oil,got a years breakdown cover too for £147.00 all in. Good service, dropped home and collected and got a 15% S2k discount too.
Always had good service from them in the past and no exception today.. So i would recommend them to anybody in the surrounding area.
P.s. Correct oil filter fitted and tightened correcty too as far as i can tell.

Here. You can use google for the search, as explained here https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=749814
Why don't mods make this a sticky?

I've added it to "Read This First" - we don't want too many stickies otherwise we run out of space on page one!
Also, no-one ever reads stickies, as evidenced by the number of times I've linked to the "Search not working" sticky in the last few days

That website doesn't work for me (tried it on a couple of different days). Is the dealer survey dead now?
I'm trying "http://www.donteatit.co.uk/s2k/dealersurvey.htm" from the first post on the thread... btw.

90k Service at Brayley Hemel.
Car was booked in easily enough, and my request for the front wind deflectors was handled well by the Parts Dept (despite my dodgy description).
Took it in at 0830 for a while u wait service. Read the papers and had a hot chocolate/watched the news. Was told there was a problem with another car so mine would take longer, so had a wander into the town centre for a bit of window shopping.
I'd supplied my own oil (Castrol Edge 5w40 turbodeiselthat I'd bought for the screwdrivers https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=754465 ) and the mechanic came out to check that I definitely wanted to use it. OK, it shows a lack of oil knowledge, but at least they took the time to double check, which is more important IMO. (ave, if you're reading this - link here to details of the oil http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-719-castrol-ed...engine-oil.aspx )
Car finally finished at 1130, and total bill, including the wind deflectors, and S2KUK discount was £145, which is good.
Dave and co were as helpful as ever.
