Just been to Howards at Weston Super Mare, for a 27000 mile service, very friendly & helpful and a good price for the service. They are also sorting out my warrenty issues. And lots of good free coffee!

All good, Jorge did the work so I knew it would be in good hands. No quibbles whatsoever, always nice when there's nothing to stop it sailing though an MOT though!

Ash in sales top bloke me and my family have had several Honda's from him with no messing always on time and in tip top condition!!! Glyn in the parts department is a mass of information, he can source any parts for any car be it uk jdm or whatever and when he says he is going to call you back he does! both Paul and Lou on service could not do enough to help, I had some service work (new clutch) done on the car and Olli the guy who did the work came out chatted about car and did not feed me any crap with advisories told me exactly how it was!!!
Top dealer would recommend to anyone, I have moved out of the area but still travel to them!

Workmanship- nonexistent as far as I can tell
Knowledge of car zero - diabolical no knowledge of changing spark plugs on 54k service and when was pointed out just said "no its not true and we have just saved you
