I finally coughed up for a 3yr srvice at Trident in Weybridge and i thought some might be interested in my experience.
The customer service was good: they did the job when they said they would and rang up to keep me informed etc. They also gave the car a good wash and interior valet. Unfortunately, i did not ask for the check-sheet as i was in a hurry when i picked the car up, but as far as i can tell they've done all that should be done, except they did not change the fuel filter. This, according to a check-sheet from a previous service, should be changed at 27k, but when i queried it, trident told me there is no scheduled change for the fuel filter. Anyone shed any light here?

Comments:
Incorrectly fitted soft-top, had to be returned and re-fitted
Took 2 attempts to repair boot leak, the 2nd attempt taking nearly 2 weeks (problem appeared to stem from a poor repair previously)!
Colin on the service desk seems a good lad, knowledgable, but it's a nightmare getting through to the service desk or getting a call-back

Tried to rip me off as much a twice for some brake pads. Imcompetent and aggresive, if i hadnt of been in a good mood, think it was gary who was on parts.
Didnt carry out work, poor information avoid at all costs.

Stratstone Honda Leeds.
Just had first MOT done and a check over for end of warranty issues, used them before for a service.
(Usualy do my own but warranty etc)
First class in all areas, Janet (I think) on service desk is a
star. Master Tech employed there too.
Allways compliment my car for being 'mint'.
