Anyone used John Banks in Ipswich?

Car is due for 3 year service soon. Was wondering if they are any good. Colchester is an option if they have a better reputation for servicing the S.

Going to get it done before the waranty runs out incase any work is needed....

Not sure mate. BSE used to be pretty good, but they are now half Mitsubishi and I haven't used them in a while anyway.

Might be worth having a nose round before you take the car in, its amazing what you can observe whilst pretending to shop for a new car!

Colchester i hear is better for serivce, but then john banks for parts were always much cheaper than most other dealers when i used them.

the one in Ipwsich was owned by the same group from colchester years back and most of the staff have stayed on.

Yeah am 2 mins away from Peter Brooks in Sheff, will give them ago for my 1st service with the car.
