Managed to smash my windscreen, then try and fix it without telling me giving me endless excuses. When they had had the car 4 days for a few routine warranty points I put some pressure on and they cobbled together a pi55 poor story.

Then on collection I noticed they had scuffed the interior, they denied it but agreed to put it right out of good will following the above, pah! The cheek of it.

Finally went to drive the car away and they had used 1/2 tank of fuel! I went mental at this point, they replaced the fuel and that was the last time I ever went near the place. Useless, ironically I found them so useful with my ATR and ITR.

Dealer name: Norton Way.

Workmanship: 8 (spilt oil in engine bay).

Knowledge of car: 9.

Customer service: 10.

Right car was done on Saturday by Norton Way Honda.

Top job and came in at 103 quid for the 18000 mile service.

Supplied own diff oil and engine oil, neither being a problem for them.

They supplied the gearbox oil and I must say the gearbox is now much smoother.

Nick was his usual excellent self and the complimentary cold drink went down a treat.

They also were very helpful in following my requests re. screenwash and washing the car.

AE, this is confusing as it depends on which link you click on in this thread as to which version of the DSS you end up looking at.
