Just had 36 month service done. When I booked it the guy asked if everything was OK and was there anything in particular they should look into. Said car was running like clockwork (14k miles) and mentioned corrosion on wheels. Courtesy car offered (and taken). They phoned when service was finished and said they agreed about wheel corrosion (still under warrnaty) and would consult with Honda. A couple of days later they phoned and said all 4 wheels would be replaced, when can you bring it in for fitting of wheels.

Result!!

So, big for Johnson's Kidlington, but a slight for Crown Bushey as when I had previous service done there and mentioned corrosion of wheels said it wasn't corrosion but 'chipping and pitting'

Give me some numeric ratings so that I can update the DSS............Thanks

As suggesated here is my experience so far.
I have only ordered the car at present

Dealer Name. Francis Honda Narborough Leicester
Workmanship NA
Knowledge of the car 2
Customer Service 5
Sales 3
Comments about good or bad service.

The dealer thought the car was built in Swindon and reckoned delivery times were sub six weeks. As the delivery time has been delayed they made little attempt to find out why/what was going on, I had to contact Honda UK.

I have now threatened to withdraw the order and they seem a little better calling me once a day but unfortunatley with little news.

If I ever get the car I doubt I will take it their for servicing but perhaps try an NSX dealer.

My S went in for her first service today. Seem to have done a good job, though there is now a nasty rattle when I start the car. Will see if it does it tomorrow and if it does will track it down and take her back. Checked the heat shields and they all seemed nice and tight, so who knows.

All fluids changed, though despite asking for the new 04 oil filter they still put an 03 on?! Other requests were met though (no test drive, no washing and no screen fluid).

Nick as always was his brilliant self. Though whoever poured the new oil in made a bit of a mess of the valve cover :-(

Comments: Took the car in with what i expected to be the buzzing clutch recall.
Car was taken for a quick drive by service manager, came back and confirmed what I thought. Car was booked in quickly and fixed quickly. There were several issues with the Honda warranty, but the garage acted on my behalf and got them sorted out quickly.
