respray sound like hammer to crack nut. Ask the specialist if he knows what a clear coat is.

Actually AB, is the black a pearl? I though they were solid colours so they would not have a clear coat, even easier to fix

I don't think Berlina is pearl but it most definitely has clear coat. Not sure why Honda charge a premium for Black (apart from being the fastest)

At this stage of play you are within your rights to clean reject the car or you could look for an effective repair.

I think you'd need better grounds to reject the car and you would get a far more favourable outcome if you went for the effective repair.

Does it? I didn't think so. I recall Rahula and a few guys in the states saying that their polishing pads turned red when using a random orbital.

All Honda paint is water-based COB.

Has been for yonks.

Urm, so why does the touch up stink on cellu and the extra can on Tango stink of Celu too?
