I believe Mark (MB) got through the emissions with a decat. However, this probably won't be the case for all S's. I'd play it safe as Danny says and replace the cat prior to MOT unless you're friendly with the tester...

I've got a friendly mot guy (having it done tomorrow) but dont think mine will have any issues but i may need him next year! Thing is i was talking with a guy who lives in the same block of apartments as my mate and he works for Milltek and says they have a decat pipe for the S which improves throttle response and should release a few extra ponies as well and he says it should work fine with the stock exhaust.
Anyone tried this combination?
