Oh God, the saga continues.

I think I'll start a new thread tonight or tomorrow when I have more to report. Let's just say for now that the paintless dent repair wasn't.

Is it silver, with some damage to the nsf alloy? I saw one like this there before.

I'll have a look around when I go in.......

hmmmmm. I had a letter from "Inner Ring" this morning. The main paragraph was
"I am sorry that you were dissatisfied by our performance and, in that light, grateful that your communication is in terms of constructive criticism. Before answering the specific points I must say, in support of our reputation, that many competitors and local garages recommend our service and that our eminent position in this market has been achieved over a period of many years; our high caliber staff take exceptional care and have pride in their workmanship and in the Company. No one could guarantee 100% to not mark every wheel that is in their care and our Company Policy is to show the customer if any damage has occurred, however minor. Because of our culture these instances are very rare and always resolved satisfactorily, hence our reputation amongst peers and customers."
I had to read that bit about "No one could guarantee 100% to not mark every wheel that is in their care..." several times Well there you have it, straight from the horses mouth, they can't guarantee not to mark any of your wheels when changing your tyres. A very sad statement from a "Specialist?" company. Its not as if they're dealing with any complex electronic circuits or such like, just a wheel and a rubber tyre

They finished the letter with "I hope that you may wish to use us again at some point..". hmmmm let me think about that a moment
