Were you filming the salesman? And did you give him a stern lecture on not VTECing before 600 miles?

Might it be 65kph? What's that - about 35-40mph? Could be 8,000 rpm in second, I guess.

Still doesn't explain VTECing when not run in though, I know.......

I think 2nd does at least 60 mph? But I'm in no state to try. AFAIR I drop into 2nd at 30mph to VTEC past stuff and change up at 60+? But the damning figures are 8,000 rpm and 28 miles (or Kilometres).
