Creased soft top?
Hi,
I live in Northern Ireland and have been trying to source a 2004 S2000 for some time with no joy. I have however found one in a Honda dealer in Coventry. I have put a refundable deposit down. They have sent me some photos and my brother in law is going to see it today. I will base my decision largely on what he says.
The photos were taken in the pouring rain and are difficult to see detail on. However, the soft top looks a bit creased around the rear window. Is this a common problem, and if so, can it be easily rectified?
Cheers!

According to your profile you are in America.
May want to adjust that mate
Mine had a couple of creases, but in the rear quarters due to the roof being folded for a while. They do drop out eventually, especially once treated with polish and left out in a warm sun for a while. They never returned to mine.
Make sure it's not because someone has left something resting against the car and damaged the soft top.
Other issues may be with the roof not aligned or tensioned correctly. Has it had a bang, or a new roof badly installed? Do your HPI checks, always!
