I've had this on mine as well, seems to have become worse over the last few weeks.

Finally found that if I sit slightly higher and lift the seatbelt away from the leather with my shoulder then the creaking stops (and I get very uncomfortable ) - a bit of felt between seatbelt and seat should solve it I think.

Fixed Turned out that the main position I had it in meant that the reclining part was halfway between two "settings" and resting against the back of the cockpit. Pulled it forward and it locked into place properly about a cm away from the "wall".

No more creaking
