I normally change up at peak power, 8,500, unless in a tunnel or something. 138 is indicated.

IIRC, the car used to run out of puff at 132, but as the miles have built, the latter is attainable.

Trouble is, once in 6th, you need a long uninterrupted run to get Vmax. Only seen that a couple of times.
