Ouch! At least you're ok. I hope all goes well with the claim, even the obvious ones can be a pain. Twice I've had the guilty party admit it at the time but retract everything after the event. Although it would be difficult for the t**t to get out of this one. Did you get a witness it makes it a lot easier?

Gutted for you mate!

Similar thing happened to me. I had just finished fitting my B18C-R, went out for a quick blast up/down the road, parked it up to nip in to get something and:



The Izuzu reversed into me. And I couldn't claim on the insurance because my Dad was being a twat (it was his vehicle).


Still, i'm sure your sore neck will allow other items to go on your new S?!

Oh dear...... sorry to hear it. On the brightside though loads of time to get it sorted before the cumbria meet and the summer! Every day you have to wait is one too many though. Good luck.
