Default CR Front Lip

Hi,

I am thinking of importing a CR front lip for my 06 from hardtopguy.

Has anyone else got one?

Cheers

Not seen anyone else on here with the CR front spoiler. Not to my personal taste tbh.

Lots of the US guys seem to have them, they look much better on a lowered car IMHO, so I might do that first.

The APR performance lip is an option too.

Perforamance wise I have seen the Americans stating in combination with the CR rear wing it increases downforce by upto 60%, but unsure where these stats originated from. I didn't like it at first but would be buying one if I had a new GT100.

Cheers for that mikey. I had sent him a couple of order requests of late and not heard anything back from him. Sounds like he's got too much on his plate atm. Shame as he is a trusted source of parts.

Sti Vi - 60% increase sounds like a lot to me from just a couple of aero parts. I'd love to see how they came to that conclusion. But then on saying that the Yanks think changing air filter gives you at least 15+ bhp

Well, a couple of things on an aircraft give it 100% lift.....

Besides, the S will almost certainly not produce downforce in standard trim.

I think the 60% is the reduction in lift.

I priced up the CR lip because I really like it.

Turns out it would be in the region of

Fair point Ron.

Would like to know how those figures were arrived at. 60% of what

I would have thought that anything moving forward would generate some kind of downforce, whether it be meaningful or not. Don't know anything about this subject, just applying some logic
