I agree with you on that

And I just think DC will embarass himself in the Red Bull car, it will be a real shock to him to be in a mid to bottom tier car after all those years in McLarens and Williams. He will be awful!

re Mansell - there was that wonderful quote (depending on your view) from a Williams engineer who had worked with Prost ,Senna and Mansell.

He said (I think I've got this right) -

" working with Prost you felt like you had been made love to.

Working with Senna you felt you had been f*cked.

Working with Mansell you felt you'd been buggered".

great quote

I remember going to a lecture given by one of the Williams people about 10 years ago (when Mansell and Patrese were in the team) and he showed us a slide of both driver's telemetry. The audience weren't sure what it all meant (part of the presentation technique I'm sure) and so the chap explained that one part of it showed the amount the throttle was depressed for each driver. He then explained in detail one area of the results for Patrese. "This is where he lifts, then back to 80% throttle, then lifts". Then Mansell: "100% flat ". He added something along the lines of "that's why we put up with the whinging b*astard!"

In summary; Mansell was "balls out" (Coulthard is just "balls up").
