well traveling home from the Brighton speed trials tonight I've managed to hit a bloody deer, second one this year!

Didn't hit it hard but its bent the top of the wing enough to mean it will need replacing and possibly the headlight although hopefully the headlight will be fine, just hope the mountings aren't damaged, glass is fine and works ok.

Does anyone know ruffly how much these cost?

at least it didn't hit the front bumper I've recently had painted.

£300 for a wing from a main dealer plus painting I assume. £500 for the actual headlight.
I would try a breakers yard before even going near the main dealers.

worse case that doesn't sound too bad, luckily my best friend runs a very good body shop so he'll do me a good price for a nice job.

I'll have to get on to the breakers Monday, there's a guy in hastings who breaks s2000's which isn't too far away.

Andy, that's no good. You were due to be at Brands? Funnily enough I had the same thing coming back from Anglesey last Sunday.....except replace deer with cow and add in a windscreen and left door!

Hopefully I'll be back out towards the end of the season.

Headlight I got from a Breakers Yard = £300
Wing, also from breakers was = £150
Honda wanted £500 for headlight, didn't even bother asking about a wing at that price!!

It's the drivers side wing and possibly headlight I need for an 03 car.

Matt, I made it up to brands hatch by bending the wing out slightly.
managed to win the class so the weekend wasn't all bad

I did wonder where you'd got to.
