The other problem that I've encountered with the cover is that, at certain speeds, the elastics on the sides "buzz", loudly enough to be annoying !

The solution - give them a couple of twists before attaching them (to increase the tension). Maybe this just increases the speed at which they buzz beyond what I normally do with top down

Aha, nice one Richg - got this problem last time I was out with the TC in place. Found it unusual that the TC didn't fit if you attach the passenger side first - read the manual & it said to start on the drivers side. Did this & hey presto! Fits OK. No billowing though.....Thankfully.
