We didn't actually use them anyway - only had one night where we were out in the car after dark and i'd forgotten to put them on so they remain unused.

Nobody flashed us as we were driving in the dark so I assume you're correct Rich!

we have also been told about the HID and no deflector, but is your French that good to be able to explain to Mr Plod the technicalities of it all? We just stick 'em on and be done with it especially when in convoy.

Dawn, I didn't realise that you had taken up with this reprobate!

I think you need to stamp out this manner of impertinent cheek and independent thought early on. It will only lead to trouble if you don't!

Off to France myself in a couple of weeks - alas, I suspect that a hire car 1.6 Golf won't give the same degree of driving satisfaction as it sounds like the S2000 did....
