Default Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty Notice
She has finally received this 'offer' after allegedly committing this offence in a company pool car.

However its addreesed to a MS Caoline Dixon



rather than CAROLINE, is this grounds to sling it out????

(Just its me who has to pay for it!!).
