Manual says to turn on A/C, turn on recirculate and open the window a bit. This will clear condensation in a few minutes.

Here's a tip I learned in the TVR for minimising condensation the next morning ...

If you've been for a blast and had the heater on (with or without aircon) and park up the car for the night, you are leaving behind a cabin full of warm air. This will contract as it cools, drawing cold, moist night air into the cabin (remember the cabin is not airtight) and this moisture will condense on to the windows.

Solution? As you're driving the last few hundred yards towards home, turn the heater right down and open the window to balance the cabin temperature with the outside air. Then lock up as normal. Next morning ... less condensation !!

In any event, a quick blast of aircon usually sorts anything the next morning anyway.

I had to de-ice the inside of my windscreen this morning. It was frozen just as hard as the outside - be it a little thinner.

No hot air as something is broken so its stuck on a teppid temperature.

My old EG civic would ice up on the inside, absolute nightmare at 05:30 when you're running late for work

But as mentioned, ensure the recirculating button is off before parking up. I find having the heaters turned up and windows down a little bit helps clear the morning haze..

This was the cause of me.

Get your hand right under each of the seats and check if its damp. Passenger side of mine was a little damp at times, used those moisture trap things you can buy under the seat and on the dash and that tended to sort it out.

Nothing worse than scraping ice off the inside of your windscreen if you ask me.

I've got my HT on and the front and back windows were soaked yesterday morning. Air-con comes on automatically when you select demist so you definately want to leave that on along with recirc as others have said. I've tried moisture traps in the past, but didn't seem to help much. Are there any recommended ones or is it just a case of buying more of the dry crystal type ones?
