Will report back after a good caning - AdrianK ran them for a while; might be worth a PM if you're in a hurry to get an opinion.

Im looking for a new set of tyres for my new wheels, is anyone using these tyres:
Hankook ventus v12 evo k110
Like all tyres there is some good and bad reviews for them, I read that a chap on here said the tyre wall is too soft similar to the toyo t1r. im just looking for a set of performance budget tyres. I think the hankook came in at 440 fitted.

Having said which, my S is my daily, with little opportunity for stuffing it into corners on the way, so if the sidewall is relatively soft, I guess I'm one of the ones on here who will worry a lot less about it than, say, wet grip.
I'll also say that I had Hankooks as OEM on my last motor, a new Golf that I gave a bit of a hammering to, and they did me more than 20k miles on the front (driven) wheels and more on the rear. Very different car in many ways I know, but if the V12s bear-up to half that, I'll be happy.
I've just had a set of the Hankook's fitted to My S2000, I've been quite impressed with how much more supple and comfortable the daily drive is and wet grip seems slightly better than the RE050s I used to use, the only drawback is they do move and settle into corners more.
IMO if your using the S as a daily drive I would recommend them, but if you like a lot of hard charging then the sidewalls are just too soft.

And 48 hrs of very variable weather into the 17" Hankooks (used, so already worn-in), I'd agree entirely with Hoonmeister.
Excellent wet grip, and comfy ride, compensated completely for the change from thicker 16" Bridgestones - but that "move and settle" is quite pronounced if you push them hard into sharp corners.
Early days but I'd say they're a good budget alternative, so long as you understand and accept that limitation, and if they were within striking distance of the Bridgestones on price, there's no question I'd go for the Bridgestones.
