I think some people have had them replaced, not sure what ages the cars were though. Mine is a little saggy but not that bad.

Forgot to say, MY02 with 18k.

this looks exactly like the seat on my MY00. it has a bit of sag but nothing too serious. i make a point of not squashing it when i get in and out of the car and the saggy area matches exactly where my wallet sits in my back pocket.

How wrong you can be - plus it lives in my front pocket anyway, Col.

(I think you posted that just to divert attention away from your OWN huge amount of disposable income! )

Mikey, it's certainly worth pushing it harder with the dealer and ask them to reconsider in light of the fact that you know that other dealers have replaced them under warranty - it never hurts to mention the board and the fact that you are in touch with a lot of other owners.

(Of course, it's relevant that it's an after-market warranty now and they turn to be more picky about what they cover, so it may very well be out of Honda's hands.....)

MT did think about that as it is a HUK extended warranty, but, they wriggle out of any thing and everything!

I think it depends on the amount of abuse it gets. I have a narrow garage and my MY03 with 35k is looking saggy these days, but then I slide over it every time I get into the car.
