Indeed dembo's right would of been worth having them checked first. Mines a 2003 and never been done as far as we could tell, yet only 1 bush of all of them was siezed, one of the big front lower caster ones.
If i want to fix mine, can you get a pair of polys for just that one point and change them, leaving the rest as is?

True but while I have a chunk of cash available I may as well get it done. Everything else on the car is maintained by me so I know it's sound. Its been on my list of things to do for a while and getting it lowered slightly will mean geo. At least this way is peace of mind and once it's done and all the bolts are greased it means future messing with ride heights and stuff will be easier.
