Clutch release fork grease up
#11
Mate, take it off again.
Open the bleed nipple a turn and carefully push the rod with the dome fully back into the slave cylinder body.
If it wont fit behind the releae fork, its not properly 'home' as it should go up easily.
Dont forget to grease the bell end...
Leave the nipple a turn open for now.
Install slave assembly complete onto the car, bolt up the two mounting bolts again.
Now close the bleed nipple tight, pump the pedal a couple of times.
Now do the bleeding routine again. with a pair of hands.
It can be done solo if you have silicon pipe and a big syringe on the end.
Push the syringe fully in and connect the pipe to it and the nipple.
Now open the nipple a half turn, fill the reservoir and you can push the pedal yourself.
Easier with two
Should only take three or four full pedal strokes as its a tiny pipe and cylinder.

I'm confused how you've done this, it's a 15 min job and two 10mm nuts to remove the slave cylinder. Did you undo the banjo by mistake?
