Found the problem.
Turned out to be the clutch release bearing, it came apart.
What a nightmare of a job to get the gearbox out, ill be getting someone else to do it next time

Gutted for you - was hoping it would have been a simple fix. Do you think it was the uprated clutch putting extra load on it that caused it to let go ?
