I would imagine your clutch feels quite stiff too, possibly squeeking slightly? All of this happened to me and I replaced the CMC and it all went away.

If you're reasonably flexible then it aint too bad of a job, arms like an orangutan helps too.

You will need to replace the whole CMC unit (order from CFL Honda in the states its much cheaper than UK).

I guess fitting could be around 50 ish depending on where you go, although that is a very rough guess
