Clutch 'Growl'
Nearly 3 months into S2000 ownership, and loving it However...
When changing up through the gears, my clutch makes a 'growling' sound right at the top of it's travel. At first I thought it was the engine, as it sounds exactly the same. I'm guessing it's when the clutch is slipping as the drive's taken up and the revs are matching.
Is it likely to be anything to worry about, or do I just need to learn to drive it proper?

Sounds like it might be the dreaded clutch buzz a lot of people talk about, try doing a search for it, it has come up quite regularly in recent topics, apparently nothing to worry about, just a bit annoying.

I used to get the same noise when i first drove my S and posted the following thread.
Nothing to worry about, just needs some gear change experience.

As I suspected... need to sharpen up the foot co-ordination. On the plus side, at least the S has a handy aural indication to let you know!
