Default clicking on warm start

hi guys i just picked up my s2000, it seems like on warm engine startup the cam chain autotensioner makes a rattle noise. Has anyone changed one in the past or had any experience with them? or know about the cost of getting it fitted? and sourcing the part? thanks in advance guys i bought a 2003 gt roadster and its bit of a worrying start but god willing its nothing serious ;-)

You might want to try a more descriptive thread title

Do a search for TCT using hte search function.

It's a cheap and easy job to fix the TCT.

It won't do any harm it just rattles and sounds like a bag of spanners you can buy a new TCT and get it fitted and the noise will go away although it is nothing to worry about hope that helps you and you get it fixed soon

I've just looked at the S2000 service manual (diagrams) and what hardtopguy is selling (again diagrams) and they look like 2 different parts!!

Are you positive they are the same part?

Cheers
