I think u over extended your clock spring in the steering wheel. It looks like a roll of ribbon. did u take out your steering wheel recently? is your srs light on?

I put an aftermarket steering wheel in mine and when I put back my clock spring I didn't turn it enough before putting it in ... hence a clicking sound for me when I do put my steering wheel close to full lock. do a seach for clicking clock spring.

If u just swop to coilovers.. u prob changed the height. do a search for lowering, bumpsteer kits.. I remember reading something on changing the height causes the sound cause the new shocks sit at a different position from the old.

Sounds like something to do with your CV joints...

Does it sound like it's coming from the rear of the car? How much lower than standard have you gone?

I used to get a sort of clicking/clunking noise when turning full lock when the LSD in my diff had gone. You can check that its not a knackered LSD by jacking the back of your car up, putting it in neutral with the handbrake off and turning one of your rear wheels by hand..the other wheel should turn in the OPPOSITE direction (as its a Torsen LSD), if they turn in the same direction then its likely your LSD has gone.

Could be you hub nuts that need re-torquing or driveshafts need to re-packed with grease.

I know nothing out such things other than I had a similar noise and they did both of these things and it solved it.

If the noise comes from around the steering wheel, it could be the indicator cancelling cam that is at fault.
