If I was you.
When you get your car. Put lots of coats of polish on (I'm a Zaino Fan)and then finish with 2 coats of Auto Glim Extra Shine. This has a high Silicone content and then the sand will come off easy with a low pressure was.

Thanks for that - That was an option as well. Do they also have good UV properties as the sun is brutal here.

I've just converted to Zaino from Auto glym/Meguiars. The most noticeable difference is the amount of dust it attracts, it doesn't! I've done roughly 200miles since I used Zaino and its got hardly any dust, probably half of what I would have if I used Auto Glym. Give it a go.

thats cause its been raining chris, less dust about. or your now driving faster at last so th dust is blowing off quicker.

Why don't you just buy yourself a decent car cover? Let that get the dust instead!

Lets hope I can get good quality products out here. I'm sure I can but it'll be a bit of work but worth it.

I understand that there are a number of Brit expats in Dubai that post on here. I'll have to look out for them and get their advice as well.
