Default Cig lighter & radio not working

The end of my sat-nav charger came off and settled inside the cig-lighter, - I fiddled around to get it out, and have now discovered that both the cig lighter and radio is not working!?

What do you reckon - blown fuse?

Blown auxiliary fuse - the radio shares a circuit with it

Did you not switch off before poking it?

Luckily it's only 12 volts, some guys just love poking around live circuits.

I fitted a new 12V outlet under the dash on the passenger side. Out of the way, wired straight to the battery with it's very own inline fuse. No way of hitting it with your arm and no wires getting tangled around the gear stick. What were Honda thinking putting it back there?

Chad.

No, I was driving along and trying to rig up the sat-nav as i was going. Then discovered that the charger nose had fallen apart and left half it gubbings inside the lighter, I was just eager to get all the bits out, so was poking my finger around in it whilst driving along the M25 at 70mph, - stoopid aint I
