Chiswick Honda
I just thought I'd share the content of a letter I wrote to Chiswick Honda (and copied to Honda UK) a month ago. Neither organisation considered it worthy of a reply....
"I am writing to register my dissatisfaction with service received at Chiswick Honda on Thursday of this week (January 11th). I visited your service department to purchase a replacement battery for my S2000

Don't get me wrong, I'm not siding with them. But I'm not surprised they wouldn't lend you the spanner. If for example you had fitted the battery and the car caught fire, you might have tried to blame and claim against them. I know it's unlikely to happen but they have to cover their ar$es because this country is breeding a better idiot thanks to the Nanny State.

My experience with them was similarly patchy but on the sales front.
I asked them to look out for a second hand car and I had 18k to spend. They laughed and almost fell off their chairs, nothing back from them in 4 months.
Then I get a phone call and I explained that I bought one from an enthusiast for 12.5k and it had done less than 20K miles and they almost told me I was lying.
Without doubt some of the highest prices in the South East too.
