It's weird how the rev 3 settings are now the closest to Rev 1 (Spring, damper, ARB thickness).
Chassis wise, remains the same.

Chris F showed me the different number stampings on the wishbones and placed them on top of each other - the geometry is slightly different.

Although the wishbones are slightly different between model years.

Where was that video comparing the two? The MY04 was faster, and as they explained Honda over-engineered the suspension on the earlier models trying to stop the dive, but making it more sensitive, whereas with the MY04 they just did things properly and made the car easier to drive fast. Nothing you can do about that.
IIRC half the difference was shown to be tyres. I think mine's miles better on 17" wheels and RE050MZs, so there's a cheap and effective mod.

One of the reasons I swopped back to OEM suspension was because I thought the higher spring rates on the Nitrons were making the ride too harsh. However, I've found the OEM shocks no better and so sloppy compared to the Nitrons. I think its the stiff RE050 tyrewalls which are aggravating me - noticably stiffer than the Toyos which does have positives and negatives!
