That'll be Magnatec then

Just because it's high mileage, doesn't mean you should stray from fully synthetics.

I'd certainly try using the 5-30 Edge and see how you get on.

Still having issues?

Try going for the 10/60 that LTB has gone for.

Not saying there is anything wrong with Magnatec, just that Edge is better.

interesting read for me too this (car is on 96K)...

I've just made the switch from 0-40 Edge to 5-30 edge and engine seems a bit quieter - but drink wise it still drinks loads of oil...

Last service i had, 10-60 Edge was used and the engine was alot quieter, and didnt seem to drink 'as' much as normal. Difficult finding that though.

Plugs i have in there at the mo are the NGK Iridium ones - Think they were circa

Any time Rich

I can't wait till it's a wee bit warmer.

Well, it's not the cold, it's the lack of light

Already have a B18C-R conversion, Prelude Engine/gearbox/clutch installation, EK Civic rear suspension refurb, Kiwi's Exhaust manifold and ARBs, S2K_Nut's rear suspension, Budgie's diff and your car.

Oh yeah, forgot about TimEdwards suspension install, plus my own suspension install.

I can't wait - I miss having stuff to do on my days off
I'll be in touch .
