Changing to poly bushes DIY
Lads i started to cut out the old bolts from the rusty rear bushes in the rear of my s2000 and i nicked the lower rear bar by 3 mms with the grinder and i am very concerned with this. Ie. should I replace this bar or will I be ok(fingers crossed).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You'll be alright mate...just try not to do it again! You may want to invest in a reciprocating saw and some decent blades to remove seized bolts. There's less chance of cutting something else when compared to an angle grinder.

Yeah, you'll be fine. If you are really worried, you could always blend it out to remove the stress concentration point, but I am feeling that is overkill and we aren't dealing with aircraft here!

Blending in. Does that mean I should get a welder to fill it or just smooth off the area with a little grinding.
