Changing gear box oil
Ive booked my S in for a service with Jorge at crown bushey in a couple of weeks and have asked for a gearbox oil change while its in as it feels notchy lately.
My question is, knowing that Jorge is a specialist with the S, do I just leave it to him to use whatever he (honda) uses for a gearbox oil change or do I supply my own gearbox oil? If so, which one?

I use Motul Gear 300 - as I suspect you know
Currently in the Lotus but used it in the S and sold a fair bit of it to other S owners.
Lots of alternatives though, and if you are happy with the OEM stuff (not notchy when cold etc) then it will be totally fine. Gearboxes are tough on these cars and seem to outlast the engine!

Thanks for replies guys. Seems like Motul or Redline is better than the OEM stuff.
What is the exact Motul and/or Redline Oil that I need?
Also, how much of it?
